I've tried combining it with everything, from water through a magnifying glass and a winged helmet to nectar of life. And a stick, of course. But I didn't manage to create anything useful...

Not even when combined with a useless trinket. So, please, give me some hints!

I'll give two hints. The item to combine it with is rare and only drops from one monster. and the item's name is above.
