The automatic healing that occurs every night doesn't cure tarantula poison.

Ouch

It adds some potency to the admittedly mild poison effect. I think I'll consider this a feature, not a bug. Mind you there is a way to cure the poison aside from using the healer or just waiting it out.

(I see where you're coming from with your no healer challenge though.)
