If you click combine all it doesn't combine ALL.

Could you be more specific? There's a known issue in certain corner cases where the + n is calculated incorrectly (basically if the same item is used somewhere in both parts of the recipe, but not at the same time (so potions aren't affected)), and the combine all link uses those numbers.

I actually wouldn't mind a Use All. I have all my campground improvements in one group.

Sorry for the delayed response.
This happened when I tried to make Nectars of Life when I had a whole range of diferent potions.
