[DONE] Overabundance of Stamina

As a courtesy, could you please allow food consumption to increase stamina above 100%? I don't see any reason why it should be disallowed; the 100% cap merely causes a hassle for gourmands like myself.

A few people have asked for this on IRC before. I think I thought it wasn't a bad idea, but I never actually did it and apparently I forgot between then and now. I'll actually add this.

There, you can have >100% stamina now.
