If there is poisoning in the Game! there is not enough poisoning in the Game! since I never noticed it. ^_^

Maybe there should also be food poisoning (from soggy mess or just random food).

Same level different HP, attack and defense

I have two fighter characters with nearly identical EXP (4,456 and 4,461) but they have different HP (86 and 90), attack ( (54) 61 and (58) 65) and defense ((32) 44 and (29) 41) while wearing the same equipment (poverty set). Is this intentional or are some characters "better" than others?...

True. Sell prices for unbuyable objects is meaningless. But calculating attack or defense for objects can be helpful. You could even throw in a up to X% random error so its not totally predictable.
