What maximum level? There is no maximum level for an area.

Edit: There are a few zones that you can only visit once (like the Basement), perhaps you're thinking of those. Once you're done with those, they disappear from the map.

I can't say I have an iphone (or smartphone, for that matter), but I guess that would make sense. Did they ever fix position: fixed; elements in mobile Safari? It used to be that they didn't scroll with the page.

By equipping it, you lose a flat +60 HP bonus, but gain a +10% HP and +10% MP bonus. So, if you have 1000 HP, you'll have 1100 while wearing the Medallion of Standards, but if you only had 500, then you'd have 550 while wearing the Medallion of Standards.

You know, I'm pretty sure that I spotted this and fixed it already. However, now that I actually look at the relevant code, I think I was thinking of something else that I found and fixed, not this particular bug.

That's because it's not cookable. There are many food items which cannot be cooked (again).
