I just installed installed apache, mysql, and php on my ubuntu machine here, and then phpBB. I had everything working in about a half an hour. I think its great how easy they've made it, if only getting my printer to print was so easy. I've already recommended phpbb, after finding out about it here, to a couple people that had been trying to incorporate messaging and stuff into their web page.
