I think this is done already (checked for unmarked pills) but I also noticed that some might be missing -- I think I just saw it with an ant shell item.

Unfortunately due to the nature of English being silly, this is done on a per item basis, not rule based. So if you can provide specific items I can fix them.

However, you were right about the Ant Shell items and I fixed those. Which character would you like the Squashed Bug for?
