Sending gifts to ourselves

How about sending gifts to ourselves?
Food is cheaper than the "store", and the plastic tree doesn't seem to be available anywhere else.

It's already possible, although not encouraged (and thus not obvious).

I agree it's possible and not obvious.
I'd like to make it easier.
As I said, the food basket is cheaper, and it's the only source of a certain campground improvement I've found so far.

Only very slightly cheaper... But I think the current setup is reasonable. Either you can (bargain to) trade gifts with someone, or you can use the non-obvious antisocial method and send them to yourself.
