[DONE] Minimum level tooltip

When you are inside an area that has sub-areas (Large Crater, Dragon Caves, etc.) you can hover the mouse over those sub-areas (Central Area, White Dragon Lair, etc.) and a tooltip will pop up that says something like "Level 16+"
My request is for this same tooltip to show when you hover over the "Last adventure" link in the left navbar
Why: because sometimes when burning through my lastest stamina points I adventure in easier levels. Then when I come back to play the next day, fully rested, I want to go to the hard levels and it'd be nice to see if I can just click the navbar shortcut link or if I have to navigate all the way there manually
