Beastiary

i don't know if you would think of it as a spoiler to have a beastiary list somewhere.. a basic rundown of the creatures with a basic description, level and maybe a hit point range or that sort of information is all i'm thinking..
maybe even a 'suggestions' area for new monsters?

It's been suggested before. I think if I were to do something like that, I'd have it so that if you took a certain pet with you when fighting monsters, the pet would (automagically) record details about the monster for you in your Beastary list, as you discover them.
I do think that being able to see a full list before even fighting the monsters would be rather spoily though.

Perhaps even getting more and more information on a single enemy as I kill more of them?
(This would be great with pets, I am still not sure what my fairy and GAC#2 do, even after travelling a few thousand miles with them.
)
