Sending items to another character

I like to give stuff to other characters but its annoying that i have to do it through the swap shop and tell the owner to accept.
A "give to [select character]" would be nice.
Call it post office and charge a sending fee if you think its apropriate.
I might even draw it...

It does sound familiar. The reason it isn't already there is that I want to encourage each character to earn all of their items, rather than just get them as a free handout from their big brother (ie, another character played by the same person). Obviously it's not perfect... sometimes people actually want to give away items, and it's still possible to trade items via the swap shop, but that's the reasoning behind it.

How about sending items only to characters from diferent accounts (not your own characters).

People would just create characters on new accounts.

i still think it would be nice to be able to play a 'hardcore' character and if you do die, 'will' the belongings to another character.. you may have some juicy stuff you don't want to lose..
