I don't understand what the this is trying to tell me from the Medallion of Standards?

Max HP: +0 (-60)
Max HP: +10% (+10%)
Max MP: +10% (+10%)

By equipping it, you lose a flat +60 HP bonus, but gain a +10% HP and +10% MP bonus. So, if you have 1000 HP, you'll have 1100 while wearing the Medallion of Standards, but if you only had 500, then you'd have 550 while wearing the Medallion of Standards.
