Does low stamina cause you to take more damage from monsters?
What does low stamina do?

It reduces your stats. Look at your profile once you go below 0% and you'll see.

i'm assuming that if you're logged out long enough, you're stamina restores to 100%. i know you can eat to recover some stamina, but if stamina is <60%, you get full long before the stamina gets above 80%.
to restore stamina to 100% by logging out, do you have to be logged out for a certain length of time or do you have to be logged out at a certain time of day? my stamina shot up to 100%, from @ -7%, at around midnight eastern. i played until it was down to -21% and when i logged in @ 7.5 hrs later, it was still -21%..

I've been away from Game! for about 4 months, but it used to be midnight eastern for a full reset.

That's correct, fullness is set to zero and stamina is set to 100% at midnight eastern time.
