Do Bears replace bullies?

Should be a simple question. If I'm fighting a bully, and it turns into a bear, is that a function of the zone I'm in, or a bug?

The only way that should be possible is if you had the same character open in 2 different tabs and were fighting in both and you alternated back and forth (or similar).

Are you click spamming your abilities? If you click on the same link before the new page loads it can count as 2 moves (you may be killing the bully and then essentially 'adventuring again')
