Q: What do I do with these things?
A: After you get a pet, take it with you, and it'll assist you in battle. Most pets have a single, distinct method in which they help you out.

A: Yes.
Q: Can I take more than one pet with me at a time?
A: No.
Q: Do they get stronger as they get more experienced?
A: Yes.
Q: Is there a maximum level that a pet can be before it stops getting stronger?
A: Yes.
Q: What level is that?
A: Level 15.

A: You should try them all out and see which one you like the most.
