Fairy Statue

Can anyone offer any tips for finding one of these? I've got all the other pets, the Fairy is my last one. Is it just a very rare drop that can appear in any area or are there specific areas where it will show up? Thanks!

As far as I know, it can appear at one specific area. And this is a big hint...

Thanks for the hints. That was what I had assumed, but wanted to check since I hadn't seen it drop yet.
