Game! - Where the stick is mightier than the sword!

Am I incredibly unlucky or just dumb. I keep adventuring and don't seem able to locate a Darkness Inhibitor?

Any hints as to where it should be? Do I have to combine some things to create it? I am level 21 and have tried looking in the Dark cave, but no luck.

I'd say more incredibly unlucky than anything, but keep in mind that you can only find the Darkness Inhibitor in the deepest and darkest reaches of the Dark Cave.
